It’s not the same genre of the books you were listing, but it was really good. It helps me understand more about a lot of our family members… and admittedly, myself. It’s written and read in a really fun way by Pen and Kim Holderness, and listens like fun, informative extended podcast.

May not be the style you’re looking for, but if you have kids/grandkids (self) who has any ADHD tendencies or traits, it’s worth the listen. Also a fun one as a couple because if they way the authors play off of each other as they read.
