I bought a tube of the leg cream at a race expo once.
No idea if it helped. Maybe, but I’m not precise enough with my workouts and racing to identify if a baking soda cream helped enough to matter.

I’d use the Maurten baking soda gels if they were affordable. They aren’t and I don’t see them at running stores anyway.
