Coaches and leaders do need to absolutely own or micromanaging the details on something: Xs and Os, player evaluation/recruiting, player development, staff evaluation/development, culture, etc.

If he’s leaving the details to coordinators and position coaches, then he should absolutely be excelling in setting the tone and expectations for those coaches.
Funk is a great example of this. Whether Xs and Os, culture, Roderick overseeing Funk, or whatever it all boils back to Sitake (again and again).
Really hoping it all comes together this year because he’s a great ambassador and face of the program. Cheering for him and the team to figure it out
