It seems like if it wasn't for that massive iron rights problem, they'd already

be gone. FSU+Clemson+current Big12 = bigger payout than current ACC, that's no secret. Taking on the dead weight of StanCalSMU didn't help anything. It's only the huge exit fees that are so big they impact the math that have prevented them from leaving.

Obviously they'd prefer SEC/Big10 if they were buying.
