How bout she is massively sleep deprived, rather than striking out at him she
Suffers her exhaustion resignation to the consequences of lack of sleep for days and days, by crying about her plight.
Perhaps she doesn't want to kick or hit him to get him to stop. Perhaps she’s tried those for many nights and he still doesn’t address HIS problem.
Lashing out at the victim of his snoring and her attempt to cope is a single digit IQ response.

I’d suggest losing 30-40 lbs before trying anything else. Easier said than done but for most ppl that will solve it and
