It has helped a ton and helped me lose weight too. I’m sure the weight loss is the bigger factor but I know i had changes almost immediately with certain foods being eliminated too.

I’d suggest losing 30-40 lbs before trying anything else. Easier said than done but for most ppl that will solve it and
