I have found that maintaining is much harder than losing
I'm really good at shedding pounds and really good at gaining pounds. I'm really horrible at maintaining a certain weight

I unfortunately gained 90 lbs during my wife’s cancer fight, lost 100 after using Monjaro after she passed.
