That would take a lot of self-control and focus. Congratulations on being able to do it--I don't think I could.
Do you have a plan for how to keep it off once you hit your goal? I actually think the maintenance phase is much more difficult than the weight loss phase. You start to reintroduce calories, ease off on the spartan lifestyle--it can go badly really quickly.

I unfortunately gained 90 lbs during my wife’s cancer fight, lost 100 after using Monjaro after she passed.
