It's really not that complicated. Fill in the corners, remove ALL benches, fix ALL leg room issues, and replace with ALL chairs. Off the top of my head, I'd estimate it would bring LES down to about 60,000 or just under, but that's a quick guess. We squeeze a lot of people in those benches. In the Marriott Center, just by removing all lower bowl benches, replacing them with chair seats, and fixing the leg room, we went from 22,700 down to just under 18,000.
