All-around BYU Starter
I kept trying to work out with it for a year, finally gave it a long rest
I think I had to stop completely working out (lifting) for 2 months. Before that I kept trying to lift light, do physical therapy, stop when it hurt, etc., but it never got better until I stopped all arm exercises. Gave it a good long while and then worked back into it and it was better. But I had to take a long break with no physical activity in my arms. Did a lot of cycling/running instead.
