Namsan Tower is pretty fun too. Hike isn’t too bad, or you can take a cable car.
Great view of the city. Don’t even need to go up the tower, just to the base of it is great.

Personally, I'd visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, take the USO tour to the DMZ, visit the Jogyesa Buddest Temple, definitely

and forgot ... visit the Korean Folk Village too. The Seoul Temple would be very cool to visit too. 🙂
