This is a little different as it is universally accepted that
Covid vaccines can cause myocarditis unlike autism link which was just pure academic fraud from the get go.
So the myocarditis thing was/is real. Typically mild and self-limiting and obviously not in play for 99.99% of cases in today’s world.
But I get your point where the political stuff taints any logical discussion on it (from both sides).
