In a week and back to himself in a few weeks. It’s probably around 50% full recovery, 25% weakened muscle that’s stable and improves over time, 10-15% that go to transplant and 10% that die (rough estimates).

But doesn’t look like he’s on any mechanical heart pumps or ecmo so that’s a great sign. Usually when it gets you it gets you really quick in that first 24-48 hours. Surviving that and transfer in a kid and I bet he pulls through. But what a nightmare
