when trying to attract and please 13 players in BBall, than trying to do that with 84 players in FBall, especially when you need at least a 2 deep and usually a 3 deep in FBall in the tough B12 with inevitable injuries and stuff. As much as I LOVE FBall - the history, the pageantry, the tradition, the physicality, the fact that it's played outside (it's something), and being really fun to watch, the financial investment just makes more sense moving forward with BBall, for people who are looking to get the most bang for the buck. And I think we're seeing the lean in that direction from the powers that be at BYU. They can read the signs.
