When I had mine done they said to use the hose misting setting on it every
couple of hours to keep it moist for the first few days.
It’s been few years and that patio slab still as good as new, no cracks or anything.

Be very careful not to saturate the surface. Mist, but don’t let it pool on top.

Too much water will result in spalling within a couple years if not sooner.

Spalling. Excess water right below the surface will create voids when it cures

Yep. Spalling is terrible if subs add water at the end to help finish the surface. It’s called blessing the concrete but
