Watched the Kyle Collinsworth interview on SN several weeks ago, his advice is…
to start with 100 pushups a day. Whether it’s one set of 100 or five sets of 20 or twenty sets of 5, just start with 100 pushups over the course of the day. Start adding in some with elbows in, feet elevated, then as that becomes comfortable add some crunches, planks, etc.
