So overall the record is 8-7 in "bounce-back" games...but it's really a tale of two eras

From his hire until 1 October 2019, Kalani was 2-7 in bounceback games to teams he lost to the previous year. 

But since then BYU under Kalani is 6-0 in those same games 

Obviously small sample so hard to say if it's random or meaningful, but it's certainly a strong change
