H-Mart has an entire case of sliced meats (see the picture below I stole off the internet).. I assume these are for Korean BBQ?
What is the best way to cook these? They (HMART) also have some jars of korian BBQ sauce above the meat case... should I use those? should I make sauce from scratch?!?
This is CB... somebody must have spent 24 months in this region and can educate me 🙂
