Assuming O2 levels would have lowered over time settling in at current levels regardless of the extinction event, I think most of the larger ones would have died out or adapted over time so that their bodies could be supported. So, I'm sure we would still have a crazy variety of Dinosaur species today but they would likely not be the massive ones we see in the fossil record.
