Yesterday it took me an hour from
Last Bountiful on ramp to 1300 S. The signs said "debris in right three lanes at 1300 S. use caution". I cautiously moved to the left lane, not commuter lane.
Some others chose to turn their blinker on and force their way in.
I noticed a half a mile before 1300 S
the right lanes started moving faster.
At 1300 S. no debris.
Another question. With a hold up like that, why keep on ramps open? I am sure a detour would have been faster.
