I take it I find it extremely easily to get into the next set and push hard. When I don’t take it it’s much harder to get the set started and some of my willpower in the set is used up getting myself psyched up to start.
I push much harder with preworkout, in general. As far as all the other stuff in the mix besides caffeine, I don’t notice it doing anything but I don’t know how you would or would not know if they are helping build muscle.
For a run or bike ride I don’t need it and don’t take it.
