Xenomorphs still freak me out

Something about watching Aliens at 8 yrs old wasn’t good. The motion sensor ping sound still raises my heart rate.

I was majorly traumatized by the original Alien at about the same age (but recouped to love the sequel as a teen!)

I'm assuming the budget was huge for both films, but the director was so true to the base essentials of his art.
