Bronco is a great fix-it coach but won't take a program to championship levels.

That's what he did at BYU & UVa. Saw this in my business career. Some CEOs could turn around a broken business with good discipline and fundamentals. They were effective for about 4 years until their business plateaued.

Then they moved onto the next struggling business and made a lot of money and got it on track. That's Bronco to a T. Very valuable skills set.
