I tell my team, happy to help you with any goal, including advancing to another

team. I would prefer to help you stay in the company, but… I have directly helped many employees change departments and some that expressed a desire to go to another company I have helped in a way they appreciated, not just firing them. Connecting them with the right people, giving them assignments that aligned with another company’s needs, etc.
