He said he would expect in 10 years
-1 top ten finish(we finished 11)
-2 top 25 finishes(we have 2 but I think he was saying not counting the top 10).
-4 teams with 6-8 wins(we have that well actually one was 9 wins but not ranked)
-And then 3 teams 0-6 wins we only have 2.
That wasn't my definition of success that was ops definition and we aren't far off. Basically if we had a top ten season and a 3 win season the next two years it would be his exact definition of success ina 10 year span.
