I don't know why the Rams would trade for him. The Jets aren't keeping him on the roster, that's pretty clear

And while he has a lot of potential, I'm not sure there are lots of teams that will be trying to trade for him. If I was the Rams, I would let the Jets cut him and then sign him. No reason to give up assets for him. And if they lose out on him, it really isn't that big of a deal.
