I am very frustrated with NCL right now
Spent two hours on the phone with them this afternoon. No luck solving my issues. Answer was to try the website tomorrow. The rep was very pleasant, just not very helpful.

The issues I am having now have nothing to do with my future cruise credits which seemed like a great deal at the time but now truly wish I would have never bought.
