RE: This. When the o-line starts performing well will he be out the door?
I am glad Grimes is back. Proven and tough. My biggest concern is, when is he leaving? 1-2 years? 3 years? I hope we get 3-4 years out go Grimes. To have time to turn the o-line around thru coaching and recruiting. And Grimes is still in the Big 12. Some sweet revenge there for Grimes to help BYU beat the other big kids on the Big 12 block.

It's weird a position coach reports to the HC rather than the OC. That seems fraught with dysfunction
