I really liked the Built Bar concept of every walk-on...
...receiving the equivalent of a scholarship to cover their school costs.
Your post has me thinking that I'd love to look at the sports where not every athlete has a scholarship, or the sports where they sometimes even split scholarships, and make sure their at least their tuition and expenses are covered.
Just using women's soccer as an example, I think they can only give 14 scholarships for the team.
