As a landlord I sympathize.
There are some great tenants and really crappy landlords and then there are really crappy tenants and great landlords. I'm very selective on who I approve and have to meet certain thresholds. Hope she can find something asap and isn't too traumatizing, but that is the right decision rather than having an eviction on her record. Really wish the best for her.

I think it is a 3 day notice to quit or pay rent— followed by a court hearing in 15 days if notice is not complied with:
