If I remember correctly, the drawings include a new stadium entry, covered seating where the current stands are, and permanent covered seating behind the west goal. I can’t remember if there was anything permanent behind the east goal. (I could have my directions wrong) There was also a permanent seating area for home and away teams, that was also covered. Lots of red brick.

They also need new locker rooms.
