As explained to me, it would be a total renovation. The field would be turned to run northwest to southeast, have a distinct archway entrance on the northwest (I almost use the word grand entrance but don't think it really qualifies as that) and grandstands on both sides of the pitch. I am not sure about seating behind the goals but putting the pieces of the conversation together, there could be seats behind the southeast goal but unlikely behind northwest goal due to the entrance.

It is very possible this concept has been scrapped in favor of something different but this was the thinking at one time.
