I think every person on the staff is trying. Sometimes it isn't enough, sometimes change has to be made, sometimes you
are the low man on the totem pole.
I don't know the reason for your dad's dismissal and I don't need to know and neither does any one else.
I wish your dad all the best. Maybe he should get of coaching for his emotional and mental well being. Maybe a less demanding job like back at Utah Tech or SUU.
Maybe he needs a total change of scenery.
Whatever it may be I wish him all the best.
