The takeaway from the linked post should be gratitude for everything Coach Clark has done for the program.
The particulars of the firing are 2nd and 3rd hand info from people that are sad and disappointed by the decision. Second guessing that process through a long game of telephone is pure silliness. Especially by CBers that wanted the HC and/or OC fired. You think the new guy was going to keep the TE Coach? Very unlikely.
