A few high-level takeaways
- There's a pretty barren group there - most of the highest rated guys there are looking elsewhere, but hopefully we can get a few - Smith, Satuala, Asiata, Fonohema all have some possibility
- I'm tempted to assume there are some names out there that 247 just isn't yet aware of, but htat isn't historically the case (for BYU at least). BYU traditionally offers and commits most of their class early. Last year,there were only a few new BYU offers after October, and those were mostly JUCO types. It'll be interesting to see if our recruiting philosophy stays the same being in a P4 now
- This obviously doesn't consider transfers since we don't yet know who will be available
- It seems evident that saefty is a position of priority. Fully a third of these offers are to guys who are expected to play safety
