Having lived in Utah, North Texas, Colorado, Ohio, Georgia and New Mexico, they all say...

"If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes" or "Only in _____ do you get such rapid changes". If you're in California (I lived in LA and didn't hear that said there) or maybe a few other coastal cities, then you're the exception by being able to consistently predict weather
