Johnson & Gideon were the ONLY guys in the rotation w more than a year of game experience heading into last season. And only Sophomores Fouss, Stewart & a very raw Atiki had a year w the team, besides. In the case of Johnson, we needed for him to somehow be more than a role player from us. He ended up outperforming I think every fan's expectation of him — but really, we were still rather toothless offensively. And for good reason.

At what point last season did you lose perspective on that? It's a very different year in terms of roster experience & cohesion.
