Its so easy to spoof calls and find peoples information, anything legit like
that will get to you in the mail, and at the very least provide a call back number. Because of number spoofing, always be the person making the outgoing call, using a number from trusted sources.
Another thing about trusted sources, is emails are very easily spoofed to make you think they are being sent from an official address, but if you look up the company online or call their support number, you can usually see what the real email should be.
