No it’s not. Fluguar doesn’t have to name specific dates and times. If he
insists on doing that then he has to be ready for some animosity when he’s wrong.
His rhetoric is pretty exciting; he’s stirring the pot big time. Folks are disappointed when it turns out to be bologna.
My advice to him would be to forget naming dates and times; he’s obviously not privy to that level of detail.
