It does. But as the POTD nominated comment points out, signing up Colorado in the Big12 is more about hating Utah...
...than actually discussing the value of Colorado. Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Arizona State are all better options by far.
If I was forced between choosing Colorado or Utah I'd choose Colorado. But that is based on markets and other financials, not because I like either school.
