Grew up: Torrance CA. 1760 sq ft, 3 bd 2 bath SFH. Built 1952. Original cost $12,500.
Now: Cedar Hills UT. 2300 sq ft 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome. Built 1999. We bought in 2018 for $273k.
