in got 90+ inches of rain per year (New Orleans gets about 62" by comparison) with lots of 100% humidity 85+ degree days. Just miserable, so tired of wetness. You could hang your clothes out to dry for days and they would stay wet just from the moisture in the air. Mold, mildew, fungi and the most mosquitoes you've ever seen in your life. Coming back to Utah was just so amazing, cool, dry, mountain air.
