The guy deserved to be told to shut his yapper.
Not because he was wrong, but because he was being an a-hole for doing it then. Biggest issue with LES for coaches is they have to walk through the crowd to get to the pressbox. One elevator. Then a long walk. That needs to get sorted since people are becoming less civil. This is their office and workplace, and no one wants hecklers so close when they are at work.
