I'm not 100% convinced he ends up at Utah; it's a possibility for sure, but not foregone conclusion
I think there's a real chance he ends up at Baylor (who has a senior TE graduating and reunites him with Grimes) or potentially any other place where Grimes ends up being hired.
That said, Utah wouldn't surprise me. They do use their TE a LOT (possibly to the detriment of the WR) and his wife is a BYU athlete so he could go to Utah and she could stay at BYU. If he wants to go to Baylor or elsewhere, then it necessitates a bigger conversation.
