It’s clear cut that you yield to faster traffic by moving right. It’s the law
And it specifically says regardless of speed. So it is clear-cut. It’s a separate issue with the express lanes because they have their own rules so to speak. But in terms of yielding to faster traffic, it’s not OK if you are going the speed limit. Move over.
