I had a former co-worker texting me about the game. He lives in Dallas and has

no ties to Utah outside of working out here for a few years. Perhaps that small familiarity got him interested in the game. Maybe it was the fact that it was 2 ranked teams playing and the only big game on at that point at night.

Of course, he is also a UCF grad living in Big 12 country so maybe it's also that he's interested in how a future Big 12 conference member does.
