That thing was 18 mill last time I saw it listed 2 years ago. Crazy. Obviously real estate has gone up, but that seemed
like a place they were going to have to drop quite a bit from 18 to ever sell....but now 25? Clearly don't need to sell, just want to sell at the right price.
