You lose maneuverability with large boats, which can lead to more flips.
That creek is obviously not an example of high volume, just a cool video that shows the Puma is super versatile.
The point is that you really don't need a large raft to get down high volume runs. A super puma is more than capable of getting down anything a larger boat would attempt with the right crew.

I've done class 4 rapids on a 10 foot boat. Would not reccomend it. They simply don't have the length to punch through
