I've done class 4 rapids on a 10 foot boat. Would not reccomend it. They simply don't have the length to punch through

I actually wouldn't consider that big water. That's creeking. And you can get away with a smaller boat doing that.

You lose maneuverability with large boats, which can lead to more flips.
