Not all conferences are created equal, and Norte Dame’s schedule is...
is usually more difficult than most conference slates. Belonging to a conference like the MWC or the AAC would test BYU far less than our current P-5 rich Indy schedules do. BYU’s “path” to an 8 team playoff is far more difficult against our Indy schedules than it would be against any of the G5 conference slates.

The G5 autobid is how they get around that. Not their fault BYU isn’t in a conference and I tend to agree. Also ND
